Alice House Hospice are seeking to recruit a Shop Manager to support the busy Retail Team.
Our new Shop Manager will become a valuable member of the team. Multi skilled in all aspects of retail with good communication skills you will be responsible for managing dual sited shops within Hartlepool. Achieving sales and gift aid targets and also responsible for recruiting, training and supporting a small team of volunteers working within a busy retail environment, duties will also include cash handling, opening and closing various retail outlets, ensuring a healthy and safe working environment and maintaining housekeeping standards.
Own transport and a clean drivers licence is essential, you will be working closely with the Senior Manager Retail to ensure that all sales targets and shop standards are achieved.
To support and be involved in fundraising activities and to ensure in all circumstances that you represent the Hospice in a positive light.
