As a lifelong resident of Hartlepool, I don’t have to look far to find people whose lives have been touched by the work of the Hospice. I was aware of this work long before I joined the organisation and always admired those who so selflessly give in order to help others.

I’m privileged to be a member of such a great team and to be part of such a valuable resource for my town.

Fundraising can be tough, but there is no better motivator than knowing how much the money is needed and the fact that it will be used to ease the pain of others during times of suffering. To be able to make a difference like this makes my job constantly rewarding.
