More support from Workwear Express
For the second time in 4 months Workwear Express have come up trumps for Alice House Hospice’s staff, volunteers and patients.
Following on from the success of the woolly winter hats for the Community Team in November, this time the thoughtful staff at Workwear Express have kitted out the Hospice Communications & Supporter Care Team.
Communications & Supporter Care Senior Manager Rebecca said, “Being easily recognisable when out and about, or around the Hospice buildings really helps when striking up conversations with patients, their visitors, staff and volunteers. These conversations often form the basis of wonderful fundraising stories, a patient’s experience or a family’s wonder at what care is available, which in turn we can share with the public.
When we heard that Workwear Express were willing to support us with the production of our polo shirts for free we were over the moon. As a charity Alice House always needs donations, and free uniforms are no exception!”
Joanne Hughes, Social Executive at Workwear Express said, “We were so pleased to supply Alice House Hospice with branded polo shirts for their communications team. As a company we feel we have a role to play in supporting local charities and generally trying to make a positive contribution to the community in which most of our staff live and work.”
