NEVR is NOW – NEVRlabs is coming

North East Virtual Reality Labs (NEVRlabs) is an entertainment technology centre, powered by Alice House Hospice.

Offering unforgettable gaming experiences at affordable prices, all profits from the centre go directly back to the Hospice.

NEVRlabs is opening this August.

Based in Park Towers, Hartlepool, NEVRlabs is set to open with a diverse range of virtual reality and esports gaming experiences. With UV sterilisation technology and a strict cleaning regime, visitors can enjoy VR safely.

“Hold back a horde of zombies, skydive from space or take a virtual vacation. You’ll be able to explore our huge VR catalogue very soon!” – Leon Penberthy, Virtual reality supervisor at NEVRlabs.

“Our LAN rooms are the perfect place to hone your gaming skills. With powerful PCs, games consoles and a superb internet connection, you’ll have what you need to up your game” – Rhys Maddren, Virtual reality supervisor at NEVRlabs.

In cooperation with schools, colleges, universities and charities, NEVRlabs will become an essential venue for young people in Hartlepool.   With regular competitions and events, there’s an abundance of opportunities for young people to collaborate, compete and build confidence.
