Alice House Hospice supporter Lynne Smith has been hosting an annual coffee morning since 2014 to raise funds for patient care in memory of her father Billy Stabler.
Lynne who holds the coffee morning in her own home, raised a tremendous £2,505 bringing the total that Lynne has raised to date to an incredible £12,343.
Local business Property Webmasters are preparing to take part in the annual Santa Fun Run in aid of Alice House Hospice.
The company, who are co-sponsors of the event will be running the 0.5 mile route around Ward Jackson Park on 1 December to help raise funds for local patient care.

Festive family favourite, the Santa Fun Run, sees people of all ages donning a Santa suit or hat on Sunday 1 December to make their way around a half mile Ward Jackson Park route. On completing the course adults will enjoy a mince pie whilst the children can wear their medal.
