This team is supported by a passionate and talented army of over 250 volunteers who help in all areas of patient care, fundraising, housekeeping and administration. Every staff member and volunteer works within a culture of collective responsibility and in the spirit of equality of opportunity and diversity and where a work/life balance is encouraged.
