Kickstart Scheme
We are proud to be helping young people into employment by taking part in the Government’s Kickstart Scheme.
We currently have thirty-five young people working in placements, including roles in catering, maintenance, retail, virtual reality and communications.
The Kickstart scheme is a government-supported placement programme helping 16-24-year olds who’ve been out of work, get back on the job ladder. It was launched against the backdrop of rising unemployment during COVID-19, which has disproportionately affected young people, with many of those working in sectors hit especially hard by the pandemic.

The Kickstart Scheme is open to people that are aged 16-24 that are currently claiming Universal Credit and are at risk of long-term unemployment.
