CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: Government advice, NHS advice and hospice updates

Trust Fundraiser (Therapies & Virtual Reality)

We are seeking an innovative and creative individual who has an outstanding grasp of English and is able to use this to write innovative applications for bids and tenders for two of our services.

Our Holistic Wellbeing Center provides alternative therapy solutions including crafting, meditation, acupuncture, reiki and more to support physical, mental, emotional and spiritual recovery, including improving social isolation.

Our Virtual Reality Gaming and Technology Centre is a unique fundraising initiative but more importantly it aims to support young people in our community who may be disadvantaged, isolated or simply lacking in friendship opportunities through activities such as tech clubs, esports team development and routes to work and education. We also work with education providers and businesses in our area to offer unique development opportunities.

You will work with our Senior Management Team to identify projects and research appropriate grant opportunities to fund our activities and will manage these grant relationships through regular reporting of outcomes.

How to Apply

If you have the necessary skills and qualifications please complete the two part application (CVs will not be accepted) and return it to Nicola Haggan, Alice House Hospice, Alice House, Wells Avenue, Hartlepool TS24  9DA.
