March of the Mods
Hartlepool March of the Mods 2021 raised a jaw dropping £10,000 for local charities
Kev McGuire, organiser of the event, said "The event was amazing, the crowd was absolutely fantastic and we simply cannot thank the bands, acoustic acts and DJs enough for giving us their time and talent for free to raise those funds."
£10,000 was raised and this was split between, Alice House Hospice (£2,500), Family of Mick Neil (£2,500) and Teenage Cancer Trust (£5,000).
The funds raised from March of the Mods includes proceeds from the Weller Tickets Raffle.
Janice Forbes, Community Fundraiser, said “A huge thanks to the Kev McGuire for organising this great event and raising such a fantastic amount for the nominated charities. The money we received will be used to care for Hospice patients and support their families.”
