Group or Individual Mindfulness
Mindfulness guidance can help with giving you the tools to help you cope with the stresses of everyday life. Learning to switch off from that ever-busy mind. You learn to enjoy just being in the moment and start to enjoy moments that could be missed when in auto pilot. With practice you learn to observe more and find more inner peace.
Group sessions – Monday and Friday from 1pm to 2pm
Individual sessions – Tuesday
Guided meditations and deep relaxing guided meditations can help with relaxing your body and mind.
From helping you towards a better night’s sleep to easing aches and pains and helping with stress, anxiety and depression. With this in time your overall well-being is improved with lots of health benefits.
